Meet the Zimmer Staff!

Baker Bahlman President	Seven Hills High School Class of 1972 Dennison University Class of 1982 Baker started with Zimmer Insurance in 1983 and became President in 1997. He is extremely focused on providing clients with the absolute best service and enjoys helping them obtain the best coverage. When claims arise, he gets great satisfaction seeing a client taken care of. Bakers's been married since 1989 and has three wonderful children. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves fly fishing and boating.
Chris Hopple Executive Vice President	St. Xavier High School Class of 1985 Colgate University Class of 1989 with a BA in International Relations Chris spent 1989 until 1993 in New York City in the advertising business and returned to Cincinnati in '93 to begin his career with the Emory P. Zimmer Insurance Agency. Chris is married with three children and enjoys racquet sports and skiing. On sunny days, you often find Chris out enjoying a round of golf.
Tom O'Donnell Producer	Purcell Marian Class of 1985 Thomas More College class of 1989 Tom has been in the insurance business since 1989 and with Zimmer since 2000. He tries to put himself in the shoes of the client to give them the service they deserve. He is married and has 3 children and spends a lot of his time coaching youth sports. He also enjoys watching college basketball and playing golf
Dawn Fries Customer Service Representative	Bellevue High School University of Cincinnati Dawn has been in the insurance business since 1987. In addition to working for agencies, Dawn has worked in the insurance agency consulting business and carried a lot of responsibilities with consultants and web development. She's been with Zimmer since 2002 and helps us keep our agency computer management system up and running smoothly while also serving personal lines clients. Dawn takes her responsibilities for protecting customer assets quite seriously and is very focused on providing professional, timely service at the most competitive price possible. Dawn lives in Northern Kentucky with her husband and daughter. She enjoys traveling and getting together with friends and family.
Paul Gosiger Producer	St. Xavier High School Class of 1953 University of Cincinnati Class of 1958 Paul has been with Zimmer Insurance since 1953, and is the former owner and Executive Vice-President. He is Past President of the Cincinnati Insurance Board. Paul has been married for 50 years, has 5 children and 18 grandchildren!! He enjoys relaxing with a game of golf. He is very focused on serving our clients saying, "After all, without them, we would not be in business."
Mary King Commercial Customer Service Representative	Anderson High School Mary Has been with Zimmer since 2001 and is the friendly voice our business clients speak with when calling into Zimmer Insurance. We also rely on her to report your claims and renewals.. Mary enjoys the different personalities of the people she works with and finds they make each day interesting. She enjoys helping clients understand their coverage as well as taking care of the myriad of detailed documents required to comply with insurance issues. Mary has one son who has blessed her with two granddaughters and one grandson. She enjoys taking care of her home, reading, crocheting and spending time with friends.
Dani Lyon Customer Service Representative	Madeira High School Xavier University graduate with a Liberal Arts degree Dani has been with Zimmer since August of 2008 In addition to her insurance expertise, Dani is also a licensed real estate agent. Her customer service philosophy is to always appreciate people, treat them with respect, deliver prompt quality service and always be in communication with clients. Dani has 3 children and loves to volunteer for a good cause (which she has no trouble finding!) .
Lucy Morency Customer Service Representative	McNicholas High Schooled Class of 1989 Lucy has been with Zimmer Insurance since 1998 and is very proud that, in this era of 800 numbers and call centers, clients have her friendly voice on the line to take care of their needs. She likes knowing our clients can count on her to take good care of them and be sure they will be receiving the quality service they deserve.
