- If you’ve had claims, please have the information and outcomes available.
- Let us know about your other policies, both business and personal. We want to avoid any overlap and unnecessary costs paying for insurance you do not need.
- If you are renting or leasing your building or office, have the agreements available. Many of them require certain coverages as part of the contract.
- If you’ve had a recent business valuation, have it available.
- Let us know about any recent or planned upgrades to your facility or business in general.
