Zimmer Insurance Agency of Cincinnati, Ohio announces an insurance package customized for dental practices that includes "Pure Consent." Many dental professionals are often quite surprised and outraged to learn that their insurance carrier settled a professional liability claim against their practice without informing the dentist. This happens because it may be cheaper for the company to settle the claim rather than challenge it.

Zimmer's package, offered by the Cincinnati Insurance Company, is customized for the professional dental practice and includes pure consent, which means the dentist/policy holder's approval is required before a professional liability claim is settled. This means the dentist can challenge claims they believe are in error, frivolous or bogus.

The policy also includes property and general liability coverage in a package with the option to add professional liability as well as a three-year policy term to lock in rates and cut the tedious paperwork and application process down to once every three years.
