Client Policy Changes

You will need to speak with us to make any changes or updates to your policies. Please call Zimmer Insurance at 513-381-1919 with your changes.

We are unable to process or make policy changes online, via email or through voice mail messages. We must speak directly with you.

If our offices are closed please leave a message and we will return your call the next business day. If you don't hear from us by then, please call so we can be sure that your needs are taken care of and that you are satisfied with our service.

Policy Change Tips

To be sure that we are able to process your changes and updates, try to have complete information available when you call us.

It is possible that many items that you may wish to add to your policy are already covered. If you are at all unsure if an item is covered, feel free to give us a call. It's always a pleasure to hear from you.

Watch for Updated Policies

Many changes you make will be confirmed and added to your existing policies. We will let you know if updated policies or riders will be mailed to you.

When the paperwork arrives, please review it to insure the information is correct. If you are unsure or think there are discrepancies, be sure to contact Zimmer Insurance by phone at 513-381-1919 immediately.
