The Loveland Insurance Agency was founded in 1899 by Archie Brock in his home on Obannon Avenue. Around the turn of the century, the agency's focus centered on farm policies. Over the years, as the town of Loveland developed into a thriving commercial and residential city, the Loveland Insurance Agency broadened its array of products to include homeowners, auto, life, and commercial insurance.

From 1975 to the present, the Loveland Insurance Agency has continued to serve Cincinnati as a satellite office of the Zimmer Insurance Group. Zimmer has been able to expand the array of products offered (long term care, building valuations and risk management services), and enhance their customer service capabilities.
